• Workstations are accessible through Windows login, Secured Network, physical security of PC .
• We are using Dual-Monitor for PC to save paper and printers and scanners are accessible with prior approval of team leaders.
• Access to external storage devices are strictly prohibited for all team members. 
• Original windows installed on all workstations with Anti-Virus and secured firewall.
• No social media or personal emails access allowed in workplace. 
• Each team member having his own login and password to access workstation. 
• Each workstation monitored by in house software to review all work performed by team member on workstation. 
• Static IP Based Data Transfer Facility via SSL Protected FTP Servers.
• Own a Dedicated VPS server for secured Data Transfer.

Workplace Security

• Access to the workplace is restricted through biometrics devices.
• Workplace surveillance is done by CCTV 24*7.
• Facility also manned with Security Staff.

Trustworthiness of Employee

• Before appointing any employee in the organization background checks is mandatory.
• Before access to workplace employee have to sign non-disclosure agreement.
• Core information shared with Management only.
